New Outdoor dining Guidelines

We are excited to welcome all of you back to Gianni's Cafe!

Our Kildeer location will be opening for outdoor seating Friday, May 29th at 4pm.  Our Palatine location will be opening Tuesday, June 2nd at 4pm.  Call to make your reservation!

For the foreseeable future, in order to ensure the safety of our guests and employees, the following mandatory guidelines will be in place as of 5/29/20.  These guidelines were created with input from the Illinois Department Of Public Health

• Reservations are mandatory for parties of 6 or less - No walk-ins are being accepted due to limited seating
• We are doing "Scheduled Seating", meaning there is a start time and an end time to the reservation, currently each reservation is limited to a length of 1 1/2 hours
• Face masks are required to be worn at all times except when eating or drinking at your table
• Upon arrival please wait in your car and call to check in for your reservation
• We are requiring a minimum purchase of one entree per person
• We have dedicated staff members trained to sanitize everything the customer comes in contact with
• We follow 6 foot social distancing rules in our seating areas and while waiting for bathrooms
• All outdoor seating is weather permitting
